  1. What are your office hours?
    Our Mandeville office is open Mondays-Fridays from 8am-5pm and Saturdays from 8am-1pm.
    Our Santa Cruz office is open Mondays-Fridays from 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 9am-2pm.
  2. Where are you located?
    Our Mandeville office is located at 7 ½ Caledonia Road, Mandeville (across the Mandeville Regional Hospital).
    Our Santa Cruz office is located at Suite #4, Fern Village Plaza, Main Street, Santa Cruz (Green Plaza behind Morrison’s Variety Store and JN Bank).
  3. What do I need to bring with me for my appointment?
    Please bring your referral form and your health insurance card (if you have one) along with payment. Blood works (Bun and Creatinine are required for some Ct and IVP procedures.
  4. When will I receive my report?
    Your report will be ready the day after the procedure except for emergency cases, which you will receive the same day.
  5. Do I have to pick up my results?
    Results can be sent by email or WhatsApp. If none of the above is provided, you may visit the office to request your report. Please bring your receipt.
  6. Do you offer ECG, MRI or Mammograms?
    Our Mandeville and Santa Cruz branches do not offer these procedures.
  7. Do you provide WhatsApp service?
    Both branches provide this service. You may WhatsApp our Mandeville Branch at (876) 778-2289 and our Santa Cruz branch at (876) 321-2787.
  8. What procedures require fasting?
    Abdominal ultrasound, abdominal pelvic ultrasound, CT Chest, Ct abdomen, Ct Neck ,Ct Urogram scans and IVP.
  9. Do you offer interventional procedures?
    Interventional procedures are offered at our Mandeville location. Please call (876) 618-0096 or (876)778-2289 for information.
  10. What types of interventional procedures do you offer?
    We offer permanent catheter insertion, temporary catheter insertion, biopsies, nephrostomy tube insertion, percutaneous drainage, pleurocentesis and paracentesis.
